Experiencing Vertigo. Taking Medication And Physical Therapy. Feeling Lightheaded, Eyes Not Feeling Right. Inner Ear Problem?
Hi my name is Liz. I have been experiencing vertigo for a few days and I am on medication for it. My doctor advised me to try physical therapy. I been ok for 5 days now but, I have been lightheaded and my head feels lightheaded when I turn my head to the right, slant my head, bend down and my eyes dont feel right. Just wondering what can it be? Wondering if its due to an inner ear problem or something else.
Hello, thank you for communicating with us for your problem. There could be many other causes for the vertigo. as per the history it seems it is episodic and verigo persists for short time . apparently it could be Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. there is nothing to be panicky. you can continue the anti vertigo for few more days. It should go in few days. But still I would suggest you to consult the Specialist as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more queries. I will be pleased to answer. With best wishes for a speedy cure Dr Ajay Lavania
