Expert Surgeon In Chandler Who Treats Pilonidal Sinus Using Open Wound Healing Technique, Also Treats Hidradenitis Suppurative?

Please suggest the expert Surgeon in Chandler area, AZ 85226 USA (within 10 miles radius) who treats Pilonidal Sinus, using Open wound healing technique rather than Suturing/Stitches method. Also does the same Surgeon treat Hidradenitis Supperativa. Need your expert answer at your earliest convenience. Patient is a 26 year old male working professional. Previous treatments done: For Pilonidal Sinus, Lancing done twice. Now needs surgery. For HS in right underarm, no treatment has been done, so far. However Tetra Cycline anti-biotics tablets used for some time.

Hi thanks for writing here.BOth pilonoidal sinus and hidreadenitis occurs due to hair duct blocks.Surgical tretment is last option for hidreadenitis.Intralesional steroid and oral retinoids will work inmost cases.Consulting a dermatologist will be better.Take care.
