Please suggest the expert Surgeon in Chandler area, AZ 85226 USA (within 10 miles radius) who treats Pilonidal Sinus, using Open wound healing technique rather than Suturing/Stitches method. Previous treatments done: For Pilonidal Sinus, Lancing done twice. Now needs surgery.
For HS in right underarm, no treatment has been done, so far. However Tetra Cycline anti-biotics tablets used for some time.

Hi thanks for writing here.BOth pilonoidal sinus and hidreadenitis occurs due to hair duct blocks.Surgical tretment is last option for hidreadenitis.Intralesional steroid and oral retinoids will work inmost cases.Consulting a dermatologist will be better.Take care.
