Explain Both Ovaries With Polycystic Features, Suggestive Of Pyosalpinx And Inflammatory Condition

Hi doc. I have ultrasound result below. Please help me understand the following:

Both ovaries with polystic features and a corpus lutein in the right
Tubulo - cystic structure, below the right ovary, suggestive of a pyosalpinx
Echogenic culdesac fluid, suggestive of an inflammatory condition

According to reports you have polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD) like features and there is a corpus luteum in the right ovary.
PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation and biochemical markers like hormonal assay for PCOD.
There is a tubulo-cystic structure below the right ovary,suggestive of a pyosalpinx(Fluid in Fallopian tube) with echogenic fluid in POD,these findings are suggestive of inflammatory condition.
