hi dr. here are my semin analysis think u can help me with the motility thing;total count 60,000,000/mil,fast forward 20%,slow forward 10%,sluggish motion 40%,immotile 30% thanx alot

Alcohol ,smoking, certain drugs have bad impact on sperm count & motility . Stop if you are taking any one of these.Take plenty of fresh fruits ,diets rich in proteins & vitamin .Also try some antioxidants which also improve sperm count & motility & quality of semen. variety of antioxidants are available in the markets ,Choose some good one. Result starts appearing after three months.
