Explain My X-ray Report Of Chronic PTB With Upper Lobe Volume Loss

Im 23 years old already completed 6 months medication,so the doctor advice to have chest xray the result are,Chest pa roentgenogram:presence fribohazed densities in both upper lobes,trachea is deviated to the right and both hilum are elevetead,heart is not enlarged.impression:Chronic ptb with right upper lobe loss of volume,what does it mean :(

I had gone through the question and understand your concern.

Fibrohazed opacities are seen in old infection that is probably.healed like TB or pneumonia.

You had been diagnosed and were on treatment for TB and , the current xray suggests that your affected lung portion is healing by fibrosis.
