Explain Pelvic Scan Results
I went for a Pelvic scan and the result is there is significant inflammatory tissue reaction in both adnexa as well as in the Pouch of Douglas causing poor interface between pelvic organs. there is moderate collection of free fluid in the pouch of Douglas. Please i need an explanation on this.Thank you

Regarding your pelvic scan result that yield inflammatory tissue changes in both adnexae and in the pouch of Douglas with poor interface between organs I am suggesting strongly that you have developed a chronic pelvic inflammatory disease caused by poly microbial organism
In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription
