Extra Foreskin On Penis Tip. Is It STD?

Yes, I have been wondering lately. I think I have some extra foreskin on the tip of my penis around the pee hole. Would you have any idea what that would be? I don t really know exactly what it is, but I am defenitly sure that I do not have any STD s. Please help me out Doc, cause I really want to find out exactly what it is. I am 13 years old, and have never had sex. Thank you, and I hope for a response from you soon.

Dear dalton.daniels, sexually transmitted disease is called as STD. if you didn't had sex then how can you get it. no way be relaxed. few people have a bit extra foreskin again nothing to worry just keep in mind that it should slide back smoothly and nothing more we should expect take care of local hygiene means daily wash with soap and water and during urination manually pull it back for proper stream it should not hamper your stream. don't worry if it is like that you are normal.
