Extra Growth On Testicle, Tenderness, Swelling, Painful. What To Do?

Hi,
I have an extra growth on my right testicle inside the scrotum. it feels very tender and the whole testicle aches aswell. I have experienced considerable pain in the last 2 months as I have been to A&E once due to the intensity of the pain but now it seems to have subsided for the last 2 weeks. My right testicle is tense as if its being pulled up and it has recently started to hand higher than normal. The size of the right testicle has got slightly smaller and it feels more harder than the left testicle. The right testicle goes very hard when i get an erection and i do have a dull pain during an erection. I have noticed that my erections are not as good as they used to be and I feel a lack of libido for the last 3 months.
Could you please advise me on what I should do and if everything will come back to normal?

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have inflammation of the Rt testicle and Episdidymis called as Epididymo Orchitis.

However this needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified general surgeon and following basic investigations .
1) Routine Urine Test
2) Ultrasound scanning of the Scrotum
3) Haemogram.
Please consult qualified general surgeon foe clinical evaluation and further treatment.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
