Extremely Bad Itching Near Genital Area . Taking Quadriderm, No Improvement, Applied Powder, Got Red. Remedy?

I have an extremely bad itching near my genital area and it has been there since last week. I tried quadriderm but it doesn't work and now its growing more and more. I used a powder a couple of times there but still doesn't work. help me please, it has become pink and colourless patches in the area and balls have gotten red

Hi, it appears to be the fungal infection, wit secondary bacterial infection, I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such infection prescribes grisofulvin, erythrocin, and a steroid wit anti fungal and antibiotic formulation for local application. Thank you.
