Eye Irritation, Fluid Build Up In Eye, Bubble Formed. Using Clear Eyes Drops. Treatment?

My son age 8 woke up this morning with his eye irritated and upon looking closer i noticed that in the white of the eye to the bottom right it looks like a fluid build up and is bubbled up. I put a few drops of clear eyes in and the redness seems to have gone away be the bubble is still there. What could this be? It is his right eye if you are looking at him.

Hi ! the cause could be allergy or his immune system. Apply steroidal eye drop and stop it as soon it heal . Along with antibiotic eye drop. Bye.
