Face, Hands And Legs Shaking Even When I Am Resting. What Could This Be?

Hi I m 26 yr. old. My mom told me that when I was still 1yr old. I was really shaking and my podia said it was normal. 25 yrs after, I m shaking a lot lately. I don t know why. My face, hands, legs while resting or even when I m not. Especially when my elbows are at rest on something hard surface. What could this be, Doctor?

COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT

The commonest cause of shaking of hands and legs is anxiety.
Thyroid abnormalities can also cause tremors. You can get a blood test- T3 T4 and TSH- to detect any thyroid abnormalities.
If shaking persists, please consult your general physician.
