Facial And Nasal Pressure, Off Balance Feeling, Treated Acid Reflux, Singulair Prescribed. Remedy?

I am a peculiar problem that seems to be sinus related. In August, I had pressure in my nose and face along with an off balance feeling. This lasted two weeks (Aug. 13 to 26). I also had acid reflux at the time but that was successfully treated. During those two weeks I took Prednisone, Nasonex, Sudafed and Tylenol. After two weeks, the off balance feeling disappeared only to return two weeks later on Sept. 8 completely out of the blue. On Sept. 10, I saw an ENT and she prescribed antibiotics. I took those from Sept. 10 to Sept. 19 but no real change. I have sinus/nose pressure and the worst symptom of all the off-balance sensation. I had a hearing test done on Sept. 20 which was normal. Also my ENT performed basic balance tests which were normal according to her. She prescribed Singulair and diagnosed a possible allergic rhinitis. She wants ENG and Allergy testing done. What could be causing this off balance feeling? I pray that it isn't something serious.
