Faint Lesions With History Of Sore Throat And Cold. Could This Be Recurred Pitriasis Rosea?

I have pitriasis rosea for the second time in 3 years. Today is the first day i have noticed it and the lesions are faint, the first time i had it it started like this and got much worse, lasting for 6 weeks. Bothe were preceded by sore throat and severe head cold. Will the second time likely be as bad/ last as long? If I am having this a second time will I likely have recurring cases again and again?

Hi actually viral infections comes only once in life time but sometimes in immunocomprimised individuals it can recur but with lesser severity.nothing to worry about pityriasis rosae as it subsides by its own within few days .only post inflammatory hypopigmentation can be cured by momate ointment twice daily
