Fall On Coccyx, Feeling Of Nodule On Anus, Looks Like Hemorrhoid, Coccyx Pain, Aggravates On Tightening Kegel Muscles. Is It Due To Fall?

Hello, I m a 37y/o female and I fell on my coccyx on 8/6/12 when the desk chair with thick plastic arm rests tipped over. My coccyx area landed on the hard plastic arm rest, then my body was thrown back causing me back pain & neck whiplash (I couldn t move my neck on day 3 & 4, but now things are better after sitting in the jacuzzi). Yesterday, in the shower I felt a nodule near my anus . When I exited the shower, I looked at it in the mirror. It s appearance is that of a thrombosed hemorrhoid . My coccyx still hurts, and the thrombosed hemorrhoid is only painful if I touch it. If I tighten my keagel muscles I can feel pain from the thrombosed hemorrhoid to my coccyx. Is it possible I developed the thrombosed hemorrhoid from the fall? I have no insurance and can t afford to go in. Please help.

Hemorrhoids do not develop from fall so this thing is sure. I would recommend you to show it to a orthopaedic surgeon and we will be sure about that nodule. Do you have constipation or bleeding per rectum in past. If not i believe it is organised hematoma or a malunited coccyx fracture. til that time you can do hot water fomentation by sitting in a tub filled with gentle warm water.
