Fallen Metatarsal Arches Are A Feature I Inherited From My

Fallen metatarsal arches are a feature I inherited from my Dad. On both feet my big toe has always curved upward, while my other toes curl downward. Furthermore, I have severe scoliosis (caused by my having been born with spina bifida). For most of my life, I've compensated for a tilted pelvis by walking on the ball of my right foot. At age 67 I have severe pain in that foot. What I would like to know is what painful foot conditions could be caused by the combination of the fallen arch and/or my unique way of compensating for my hip discrepancy.
