Fallopian Tube Blocked. Had Intercourse. Next?

I am 33 year old and have a 6 year baby girl and now I am trying for my second baby since one year , my left fallopian tube is blocked and right is open, this month egg is formed in right tube doctor give me hcg Injection rapture occur on 17th august and I had Intercourse after rapture but I have not conceive and my period stared on 30th august my cycle is 28 so I want to know that why it not happened I am a thyroid patient

Use kanchanar Google2-2; phalgriht one table spoon with milk in cow,triphala one tablespoon in Night With warm water; ashokarisht five teaspoon hyponidd 2-2 tab
