Fatigue, Malar Rash, Sores In Mouth, Suspects Lupus. Remedy For Fatigue?

I am experiencing extreme fatigue that is unrelenting. I have an appt. to see a Rheumatologist in October as my primary care MD suspects lupus. Alng with the overwhelming fatigue I have malar rash, open sores in my mouth, and trouble thinking clearly. The only way I can make it through the day is by taking 40mg of Prednisone; nything less is like drinking water. What if anything can I do to get more relief from the debilitating fatigue?
