Fatigue, Shortness Of Breath, Sleepiness. Safe To Continue Ensure?

Do you think Ensure is safe to drink? I drank it for over a month and got very fatigued and had shortness of breath really bad. All I wanted to do was sleep. Went to the doctor and had blood work done. Everything was ok. I am 81 years old. I stopped taking the Ensure and am feeling much better. Am really afraid to continue drinking it.

Ensure is promoted as a shake which can replace a meal,the problem is that it does not give adequate nutrition and contains lots of synthetic compounds .Though safe,it does not help very much.It would be best to abstain from taking it.
