Hi,
Based on the information provided it seems like a benign breast disease also known as "cystic fibroadenoma of breast".
Its is not a cancer per say but will resemble like one and will grow small and big with passing menstrual cycle, its mainly respond to increase and decrease in the estrogen level in the blood. It will restrict it self in the confined spaces and will grow and irritate and will be mostly movable. Even though its confined and has no complication but can be removed if uncomfortable feeling persist, most common cause of removal is pain caused by it.

ADVICE:
If feeling irritation/ pain may need to think of the removal of the adenoma. Even though its" not a Cancer per say " I still recommend to get it remove as per your convenience.
Thanks
Dr. JAY PATEL.
