my problem is that i feel heavy and restless after eating my lunch and dinner even when i drink enough water then also i feel same heavy stomach. it is like when someone feel breathless or high Blood pressure. i also have very high BP most of the times that ranges from 180/100 to 140/90. what does these symptoms indicate. i have problem in walking as i become breathless when i walk or climb on stairs even for a short distance. my age is 28 and i am of 72 Kg female with a height of 5'5".
