Hello sir I feel heavyness on my right hand stomach about from two years ialso have constipation problem three year back I have gon throu endoscopy test .there was not found any problem.that time I have pinch pain on my right hand side stomach but now it is normel.but now I continue have right hand side hevyness.i go to stool thee or four time.
Welcome to HCM. Going to stool 3 to 4 time is not absolutely normal. It is problem regarding normal digestion pattern. Feeling of heaviness due to improper digestion and excessive gas formation in your stomach. Go for complete blood test,liver profile,USG abdomen to reach the diagnosis. Otherwise eat good nutritious,high fiber diet.Drink enough water,fruit juices,vegetable soups,buttermilk. Avoid oily,spicy,junk food. Consult your physician for better medical management.
