Feel Like Air Coming Out Of The Ear When Sneezing. Having Severe Pain In Ear. Have I Perforated My Ear Drum?

When I hold my nose to 'pop' my ears I can feel air coming out of my right ear, this happened after flying with a sinus issue and after take off I had a severe pain in my right ear for about 10-15 minutes, all of a sudden I felt a popping sound in my right ear and then instant relief of the pain and pressure. Have I perforated my ear drum do you think?

dear, As per the history and clinical picture you have elaborated it seems that you are having perforation in external auditory canal. but one thing i can suggest you that you should leave this habit of blowing the nose to open the ear . this is wrong practice. all you can drop some drops of nasal decongestants and chew chewing gums in flights especially during take off and landing.
