Feel Like Vomiting Whatever I Ate, Passing Out, Light Headedness, Ringing In Ears. Advise?

What does it mean when you are dizzy and feel throw up after/during you eat? The last day has been really hard to eat. I always feel like I'm going to puke it out and I randomly got really light headed from bending over for a minute. I felt like I was going to pass out and starting having ringing in my ears and it didn't go away for about 10 minutes. Please help

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Dizziness and vertigo is most commonly related to the inner ear. The inner ear conditions that cause these symptoms are: (1) BPPV (2) meniere's disease (3) vestibular neuronitis

BPPV causes episodes that last a few seconds to minutes and occur when the head is placed in particular positions

Vestibular neuronitis- this causes episodes that last for a few hours to days , it may be related to previous viral illness. There may be nausea but not tinnitus (abnormal noises in the ears like ringing)

Meniere's disease- these episodes last minutes to hours, tinnitus can be present

You may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment to find out the exact cause of your symptoms.

Short term treatment involves the use of anti emetics( decrease vomiting and nausea) and vestibular suppressants (includes medication such as drowsy antihistamines, benzodiazepines)

I hope this helps
