Feel Nauseous When Lied On Back, Pressure On Head, Feel Dizzy With Headache, Lumbar Problems Diagnosed

I feel extremely nauceous when I lay on my back. So far I have only noticed it when working on my car, flat on my back on a hard surface. Have not recognized it when sleeping however I don't sleep on my back, only stomach or sides. I get pressure in my head and feel dizzy with headache. I had been diagnosed with lower lumbar problems from an injury 2 years ago and I don't recall this problem before. It takes quite awhile before subsiding after getting upright.

Hi, it appears to be due to the infection of the internal ear, which causes dizziness and nausea in some positions. The cause could be the injury to the back, due to stretch of the spine.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
