Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your have symptoms of pressure and burning in my nose and smells blood . it could be due to dental diseases like gingivitis and pyorrhea. The symptoms can also occur due to condition like sinusitis and allergic reaction from cernatin cosmetics and food allergy .I would suggest you to do warm salt water gargles and nasal rinses 3-4 times a day. Maintain proper oral hygiene and take steam thrice a day . If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist once for proper examination and rule out causes like gingivitis or any dental injury . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin for at least 10 days , decongestants and mucolytic agents . Visit dentist for gum or other dental infection related problems.
