Feel Rumbling In Left Hand Side Of Chest, Upper Half Of Rib Cage, 3d Scan Of Heart Showed Slight Scarring On The Lower Area Of Heart.

Hi, every so often i feel a rumbling in the left hand side of my chest, upper half of my rib cage . it is sometimes followed by a full feeling in my stomach and gets worse of a night time. I had an ecg which came back normal and a 3d scan of the heart which showed all the main atrium and ventricles were fine, but they think i may have slight scarring on the lower area of my heart, any ideas?a
