Feel Rumbling In Left Hand Side Of Chest, Upper Half Of Rib Cage, 3d Scan Of Heart Showed Slight Scarring On The Lower Area Of Heart.
Hi, every so often i feel a rumbling in the left hand side of my chest, upper half of my rib cage . it is sometimes followed by a full feeling in my stomach and gets worse of a night time. I had an ecg which came back normal and a 3d scan of the heart which showed all the main atrium and ventricles were fine, but they think i may have slight scarring on the lower area of my heart, any ideas?a
You need proper clinical examination and investigations. Scarring may be due to previous infarction. You need proper clinical examination and investigations. Ejection fraction is important in your case. Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile, Upper GI endoscopy, ECHO and further investigations may be done if needed. Treatment depends upon clinical findings and investigation reports. Get well soon.
