feel some sort of blockage near the tip of penis hellol, i m 28 years old, i have a serious problem that when i ejaculate i feel some sort of blockage near the tip of penis

It is either a case of stricture urethra or tight phimosis.you should consult either to surgeon or urologist & get it treated according to medical findings.Strictures are common after some trauma or infection.Phimosis is very common among males.

Is this blockage feeling recent or you have had it in the past also.If it is an old complaint it can be a stricture(narrow )near the tip.If it is recent please try to recall any injury or infection you had Better get checked by a Urologist.
