iam suffering from some sort of tiredness for the past 10 months.iam aiso having mild bp.ihad tested thyroid,lipidprofile,echo ecg etc of which everything is nornal.my only discomfort is tiredness sometimes palpitation and i,mstreesed.my legs are restless in the evenings.ihad even consulted a psychiatrist and he says i,m depreesed.my physician had asked me to take urine for vma test to find the levels of adrenalin.sir actually what is my problem?
You need to be investigated for Coronary Artery Disease. Treadmill Exercise ECG (TMT / may be with thallium isotope) is the ideal non-invasive way to evaluate ischemia Palpitation needs to be DOCUMENTED by ElectroCardioGram (EKG). Standard ECG records the electrical activity of the heart, for a few seconds. It can detect the arrhythmia occurring during that time only.
