Feeling Bloated. Due To Irregular Sleeping Pattern? Need A Diet Advice
Hello, my husband complained about he feels bloated recently. he works night shift, he usually wake up at 3pm and his eating for breakfast is only oats biscuit & hot drink, 2nd meal is at 6pm and 3rd meal at 11pm. He works for 12 hour in a day and only sleep at 7.30am. Need your help to provide a solution on how to balance his health or it has involve with his diet . Thank you

With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of deranged eating schedule for all his symptoms.
He should try to take his breakfast at 8-9 AM, lunch at 1-2 PM and dinner at 8-9 PM.
There must be at least difference of 2-3 hours between meals and sleep.
Avoid oily and spicy food especially at night times.
Avoid milk > 200 ml in a day.
Avoid tomatoes, citrus fruits, excessive tea and coffee, chocolates, onion and garlic.
Take soft diet along with yogurt.
Wear light fitted clothes.
