Feeling Bloated And Tired, Nausea. Not Pregnant. Removed Gall Bladder In The Past. What To Do?

Hi.
I had a big night out 3 nights ago & I'm still feeling sick, bloated & tired. Its been 3 days now & I feel like vomitting & sick constantly. I hardly drink but if I do im usually better the next day. Its d same feeling as morning sickness. I noticed my stomach is gradually increasing for the past 3 days. I dont have any pain, not pregnant & no problem with my bowel. I had my gallbladder taken out 10yrs ago.
Something doesnt seem right. What should I do? Thanks.

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can be caused by an infection of gastrointestinal tract. However it can be also a symptom of stomach disease (like peptic ulcers, inflammation), stones in the bile ducts, pancreas disease.
With stomach disease you should have upper middle abdominal pain after a meal, acid reflux can be present.
Bile ducts problem should cause upper right abdominal pain, radiating to the back. Urine can get darker. Pancreas disease gives similar to bile ducts symptoms.

I suggest you to visit your doctor and have some basic tests. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work, liver tests, urine analysis should be done. You should also get scheduled for gastroscopy.

In a meanwhile avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, alcohol, coffee, chocolate.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
