Feeling Breathlessness In The Mornings. Have Mild Asthma. Need Advice
Every morning I seem to give out of breath and take several deep breaths. This lasts for several hours when I'm trying to do something. I usually just lie down for a few minutes and try working again. The lack of sufficient breathing causes me to feel 'tired and out of breath". I have mild asthma caused by allergies.
