Feeling Clammy, Hot, Dizzy, Increased Heart Beat After Taking Samples For Biopsy Culture. Have Irregular Bleeding

I had a pap & a biopsey done today due to irregular bleeding. The pap went fine, she looked at it under the scope to make sure I had no infections. She then came back in a did the biopsey. She took 2 cultures & they were uncomfortable but didn't get good samples. She took 2 more samples with a different tool. That was very painful. I started to feel clammy, hot, dizzy, my heart beat increased & my hearing kinda went muffled. What was going on with me?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

A biopsy is one of the most harmless procedures out there. What ypu seem to have experienced sounds more like a panic or anxiety attack.

This is normal, do not worry about it too much. I am sure you will be fine. Don't think about it, you are perfectly fine.

Lots of luck on your reports. Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
