Feeling Cold, Dizzy, Unconscious, Hand And Feet Frozen And Sweating. Getting Heavy Bleeding. What's Going Wrong?
I felt dizzy earlier this morning and lost control of my self. My hands and feet froze and I started sweating. Felt I was giving up. The condition lasted for around 30min. This was my first experience. I was also feeling very cold and had to use 2blankets to withstand the cold. I also had excessive menstrual flow.(First time...never seen before). Age: 26
Hi! This cold intolerance can be because of many reasons like ntritional deficiencies, anemia , hormonal imbalance, hypothyroidism, raynaud's disease etc. Your second complaint of excessive menstral flow can be due to hormonal imbalance, polyps in utreus, ectopic pregnancy etc.You did not mention whether you are pregnant or have some intra uterine contraceptive device inserted. So you better go to a gynaecologist , get a complete blood count done along with S.ferritin and TIBC and the thyroid profile. I hope we can clinch your diagnosis once you get all these investigations done.Wish you good health!
