Firstly, I think you need to be properly checked if you have
diabetes, which could be a reason for your excessive appetite. If you have not had proper lab tests done, I would suggest that you consult your GP and have the 'fasting' and post-prandial' sugar tests done.
Secondly, the symptoms which you have mentioned could also be as a result of
anxiety. Feeling nervous, shaky and possibly, your constant feeling of hunger also, could very well be physical manifestations of anxiety.
So, I would suggest that you consult your GP, explain your symptoms and have a proper assessment done. If you sugars are normal, and if your doctor feels that your symptoms are largely anxiety-related, then you may need help to control your anxiety, which would inturn relieveyour physical symptoms as well.
