Feeling Dizzy, Cold, Sweating At The Same Time, Vomiting Later. Cause?
Hi doctors,, I just want to ask what causes or what can I do... Coz when I woke up this morning and I get up... While I'm in the kitchen making my breakfast I just suddenly feel dizzy and feel cold at the same time I'm sweating... Then I just sit down... Then I vomit after that...!!

The sequence of events suggest that you have taken some food which is not digested properly
You will feel better after vomiting
Take light meal today, avoid spicy food and drink plenty of water
If still feel nausea take domstal tabs as and when necessary
