Feeling Exhausted After Getting Pacemaker Placed. Have Right Bundle Branch Block. Do I Qualify For Disability Benefits?

I have had r bundle block and a pacemaker was installed, I am using it 85% of the time. I can not sustain my fulltime job as it requires a 40 to 60 hour work week. I am only able to work at this time few hours a day and find myself mentally and physically exhausted. I am 60 years of age, do I qualify for disability and will recieve social security?

Cardiologist 's  Response
you have not told which pacemaker was installed ( single chamber or double chamber)
in many cases when single chamber pacemaker installed , ejection fraction of LEFT VENTRICLE decreases b/c single chamber is non physiological ( ventricle impulse start from RV apex instead of AV node) also in some cases tricuspid regurgitation occurs.
another point is pacemaker is rate responsive or not ( normally during physical activity heart rate increase , if your pacemaker is not rate responsive then your heart rate will not increase with activity , then you will feel exhausted.)
please go to cardiologist and do a echocardiogram , if pacemaker is single chamber and not rate responsive then can change you pacemaker
