Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
Your symptoms appear to be indicative of a
depression. Depression can occur in any age group and is common in the adolescent age group. I understand that you must be going through a difficult time due to these problems. But, don't worry, there is help available and if you take appropriate treatment, you will be able to come out of this phase soon..
There are effective treatment options available in the form of medication and
counselling /
psychotherapy. Anti-depressant medication like SSRIs are very effective in treating depression and you will see significant benefits within 2 to 3 weeks time. There are also certain special forms of counselling / psychotherapy like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) which can also be very helpful in dealing with negative thoughts and amotivation.
So, I would advise you to discuss your problem with your parents so that they can take you to a
psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management. Also, please keep talking and sharing your feelings with someone close to you (maybe a close friend or a relative), so that you feel more supported and they will also be able to help you when you are feeling very low and amotivated.
Wish you all the best.
