Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system.
2. Bronchoscopic evaluation.
Your symptoms are suggestive of foreign body aspiration (piece of plastic).
And this can be diagnosed only by bronchoscopic evaluation.
And if it is aspirated then removal is also done through bronchoscope.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done broncoscopy to rule out plastic piece in the airway.
