Feeling Light Headed, Had Normal Food, Smoked Hash. What Could Be This?

Hi Doc,

I am feeling light-headed and week for the past week, I eat normally and everything is normal except before this week I smoked hash and also I'm a regular smoker. Now since that week I haven't smoked anything not even cigarettes. I don't know what to do... btw I am 18 and a male and I have exams coming up this thursday and I'm scared to tell my parents

- Withdrawal for hash and smoke
- Exam stress.

SO if you have other symptoms of stress like exam phobia or performance anxiety or sad mood , you should go for stress management and relaxation techniques like yoga or breathing exercise.

Withdrawal symptoms will go on its own. If symptoms persist, you should consult your doctor.
