hi there,
I have been feeling a little lightheaded lately.
then I developed pain in my wrist joints, then in my knees and fingers too - this last part has pretty much been over the last week or so.
Tonight I am having slight chest discomfort.
A little background - I had a baby via c-section 3 months ago... and suffered with drop foot from a compressed nerve in my pelvis.

hi Tracy chest discomfort could be due to breast engorgement, gastritis, cardiac problem.
it needs clinical examination for definite diagnosis.
please get check complete blood count as weakness in joint could be due to low levels of hemoglobin and calcium.
please take supplements for anemia and calcium.
