Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,
I read your query and understood your concern.
You should consult a cardiologist to rule out cardiac problems ( with chest x ray, ECG, Holter monitoring, cardiac ECHO and stress test).
If everything is normal than you should consult a gastroenterologist to rule out gastric problems.
If nothing is abnormal than the pain is of psychogenic origin.
At the end i wish you all the best.
