Feeling Nauseous,tightness In Lower Abdomen
I've spotted a week before my period then had my period for 3 days it stopped then I started spotting again so I took a pregnancy test and one of the lines to complete the "+" sign was extreme light. I feel very nauseous and a tightness is my lower abdominals can I be pregnant.
