Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello. I m male, 27 years old. For the past two days I ve felt a soft, passing warm sensation on my lower right abdomen, below the navel, barely an inch over my groin area. The feeling comes and goes and is faint, peaking for a second and then going away. There s no pain to speak of, but a dull sensation in the area that gets my attention. Additionally I feel a bit of pain on the thigh of my right leg, but I blame it on strain as I have been doing a lot of walking. I m not taking any medicines right now. Do you know what it could be?
Hi, it may be due to an inflammation in the area. The pain may be due to the muscle strain that you have had. Please go for a complete examination. Tha dull pain may also be due to Hernia, Appendicitis etc. Examination by a surgeon and a USG is necessary for diagnosis. Please do not delay the consultation. Please do not lift heavy objects as a precaution.Take care !
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Muscular strain can cause increased warmth feeling and pain over thighs as well. But you have to be ruled out for other causes like possible abdominal pathology kidney stone as well. Do drink plenty of water. Eat plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Do daily brisk walking for 40 minutes a day for fitness. Consult a Doctor and get a complete checkup, give your urine for examination if required and also get scans to rule out kidney stones as well. According to the cause, appropriate treatment will be administered.

It seems like you are having muscular pain or gastritis. You should get your abdomen scan done to rule out any abdominal conditions. Take some antacids like mucaine gel. Since you are having right leg pain I suggest you to take ibuprofen tablet twice a day. If still symptoms doesn't disappear contact your doctor and follow their advice.
Hope i answered your query. I will be available for your fallow up queries, if any.
