Feeling Of Movements In The Womb. Pregnancy Test Negative. What Could It Be?

i feel i am pregnant coz something is moving inside my womb but pt is negative and no baby seen in the aultrasound.i have my 5 children pass before me and now im 48 years old and the one move inside my stomach is almost 12 months.the contraction which i feel to my 5 children is the same.can you please let me know what is it?
