Feeling Of Something Moving In Stomach. Had Heart Burn, Acid Reflux. Have Tubes Clamped. Underlying Cause?

I keep feeling something movingb in my stomach but only on my left side of my stomach ..I got bad heaches ..I had three kids before and it feels like im about three months or four months but I had my tubes clamps and I also have a bycornual uterouse ..could I be pregnant ..I have bad heart burn and acid reflux. What could this be

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
In my opinion this type of symptoms may be due to .
1 Peptic ulcer disease or hiatus hernia . Diagnosis can be confirmed by upper G I endoscopy .Try raising the head of your bed 4 inches above with blocks.It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for 2 hours before you lie down.To help control heart burn , one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them or eat chocolates or greasy or spicy foods.Also take some antacid but if symptoms are sever then you may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors.
2 The headache also related to hyper acidity , you are having.
3 In my opinion there is no chance of any pregnancy as tubes are already ligated .
In my opinion all symptoms are due to hyper acidity . Consult a physician and get his opinion. Good luck. Dr. HET
