Feeling Pain While Urinating. Diagnosed As UTI. On Antibiotic. Getting Fever, Back Pain, Headache. What's Wrong?

Hello my friend was having pains whenever she urinate. She went to the doc and was told she had an UTI , she was given antibiotics, but since then is having high fever, back pains near the kidney area and strong headaches along with pain at her neck at the spinal cord area. She also complain of shivering and very cold but is very hot .

all these are typical of UTI.
since she spiked on antibiotics,
she should urgently be evaluated, ultrasound KUB, labs . urine culture...before it gets serious...
