Hello Doc! My husband is not well from the past 4-5 days. he is feeling: Back pain Headache Throat pain Cold & Cough Weakness 99 Fever what would be the best medicine which will work at this time. Is it possible that it can be viral because as such he doesnt have fever?

Thanks for query,
Your husband most probably having viral fever.
But there may be mixed infection too.
So go for antibiotic course like Azzithromycin for 3 days.
Give analgesic and decongestant tablet.
Do salt water gargles.
Avoi fried,spicy and junk food.
