Feeling Pressure In The Ear, Wrists And Hands While Bending Down. Cause?
Whenever I stoop down to sweep into a dust pan, both my ears start to feel pressure and discomfort and a similar feeling starts in both wrist areas and hands. Eventually both lower arms feel the same feeling, along with throat and upper chest area. I feel fine otherwise, no dizziness and the discomfort is as I said equally on both sides of my body. Nothing different between my left or right side. I sleep fine and never have this problem lifting weights or working. It only happens when I stoop down. 59 years old.
Hello, You are 59 yrs old, hope do not have any hypertension ,diabetes etc. You must see a physician . Improve water intake. Take healthy food , take rest Do not get up from bed suddenly first sit then get up. These are general things but are important . you can use tight stockings as there must be a component of postural hypotension this is actually pooling of blood in legs due to decreased blood return from veins in the legs due to poor muscle tone. Get well soon . If in doubt do reply.
