Feeling Restless , After Taking Serta, Braingis, Clonitril, Vitaminita For Anxiety

I am taking serta 50,braingis,clonotril 25 and vitaminita. I was suffering from anxiety attack due to my father's death. I am married now and planning for child. Now a days i am feeling restless after taking medicine.and also i feel that i still suffer from some anxiety.please suggest me. Medicines are prescribed by Dr.Sanjeev who is a psychiatrist in fortis hospital

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Serta is a good drug for anxiety but the dosages prescribed are very low. The dosage can easily be increased to 100mg. Moreover along with the medication, your doctor should have advised you cognitive behavioural therapy. This therapy is taken by either a psychologist or a psychiatrist in which the therapist identifies impaired cognitions (Thoughts) and try to correct them. They are 15-20 min weekly session and there should be around 8-10 sessions to help you with your illness.
