Feeling Restless Leg, Pain When Move On Stairs, Feel Lazy And Sleepy. Becomes Worst After Taking Alcohol
my age 33, feeling restless leg from last 3-4 year, now its pain when i move on stairs to third floor, feel lots of pain, i feel to jump to play badminton. but at the same time i feel so lazy that i should sleep and take rest. at bed time it become worsted and after taking alcohol its pain for hours that i can sleep. help me. if any test require , i can do that.

The symptoms that you are having seem to be due to Vitamin b 12 deficiency which is more commonly seen among the alcoholics. You can start with the supplements and see if it helps.
